1. Service Overview
Nova Cloud Server provides web hosting and related digital services. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on network, location, and technical limitations.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login credentials, files, and data. Any activity performed through your account is considered your responsibility.Illegal hosting/content is strictly prohibited. This includes: Phishing, Malware distribution, Copyright infringement, DDoS attacks and abuse.
Hosting of illegal or adult-restricted content where prohibited by law Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full before service activation. All billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, yearly) are charged accordingly. Failure to pay invoices may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of service.
4. 7-Days Refund
We offer a 7-day refund policy only if there is a server-side issue or service failure directly caused by us. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
1. Report the issue to support with appropriate evidence.
2. Allow our technical team reasonable time to resolve the issue.
3. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.
Refunds are NOT provided for:
1. Voluntary cancellation by user Change of mind
2. Wrong purchase choice
3. Domain registration, migration fees, software licenses, or add-ons
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting customer support or using the client panel.
If you cancel the service on your own (without any verified problem caused by our side), no refund will be provided.
If service is cancelled due to violation of our Terms or illegal activity, no refund will be issued.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
1. You violate these Terms.
2. You engage in illegal or abusive activities.
3. You fail to pay invoices on time.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
